A Board meeting to consider the capital and income dividends for the above company was held at the registered address on 19th February 2013.

The rate for the Capital dividend is 1.3375p per Capital share payable on 29^st March 2013 to shareholders on the register as at 1st March 2013(record Date).

The rate for the Income dividend is 18.25p per Income share payable on 29^st March 2013 to shareholders on the register as at 1st March 2013(record date).

These are subject to approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting on 21st March 2013.
