The directors of RIT Capital Partners plc have declared a dividend of 4p per £1 Ordinary share for the year ending 31 March 2010. This will be paid on 1 April 2010 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 12 March 2010.
At this stage, it is not anticipated that there will be a subsequent dividend in respect of the year to 31 March 2010.
Any shareholders who wish to sign up for the Company's dividend reinvestment plan but have not already done so, should ensure that their forms are returned to Computershare Investor Services plc by no later than 17 March 2010.
