Notice of Trading Update

The Company is currently preparing its half year net asset value statement and expects to include this in a trading update which it expects to release in early August 2013.

The Company has noted the recent fall in its share price and confirms that, other than the disappointing news that the IPO of Bison Energy Services Limited ("Bison") will not be proceeding as originally envisaged and the general decline in stock markets, the Company knows of no reason for such a fall.  Paternoster has a relatively small investment in Bison and this company is currently looking at various options to implement its strategy and realise value for its investors.
