London, UK 18 August 2021: Riverstone Credit Opportunities Income Plc ("RCOI" or the "Company") has announced it has fully realised one investment: 

§ Project Sailfish Realisation - On 10 February 2021, RCOI committed $6.5 million as part of a $165.0 million first lien term loan co-led by RCP, to a private midstream company that is a leading provider of long haul marine transportation services for chemical, petroleum, and clean petroleum product cargoes in the U.S. Jones Act trade operating along the U.S. Gulf, East and West Coast. On 13 August 2021, as part of an acquisition, the loan was fully realized and resulted in a 27.7 percent realised IRR and 1.13x realised MOIC.
