In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, Shareholders are advised that Mr Richard Hayden will hand over the role of Chair of the Nomination Committee (the "Committee") to Mr Jeremy Thompson with effect from today, 24 May 2022.  The Board wishes to thank Mr Hayden for his contribution to the Committee.
