RM plc was notified yesterday that Executive Director Rob Sirs purchased 4,300
ordinary 2p shares on 15 December 2005 at a price of 158.4p. Following the
transaction Rob Sir's beneficial holding in the Company increased to 171,983
ordinary 2p shares (representing 0.19% of the Company's issued share capital).
