RM plc gives notice that following the vesting yesterday of the restricted stock award granted in January 2009 for 137,363 shares, Rob Sirs sold 71,574 ordinary 2p shares in the Company at a price of 72p per share to cover his tax liability. After this transaction his beneficial holding in the Company has increased to 246,271 shares - representing approximately 0.26% of the share capital of the Company to which voting rights are attached.
