Directors' Dealings
RM plc has been informed that the following Directors
dealings took place on 24 November 1999:
Mike Greig and spouse sold a total of 3,000 Ordinary 2p
Shares at a price of 708p per share. Mike Greig's
beneficial holding now stands at 76,015 Ordinary 2p
Shares which represents 0.08 per cent of the issued
Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
John Netherton and spouse sold a total of 50,000 Ordinary
2p Shares at a price of 708p per share. John Netherton's
beneficial holding now stands at 574,393 Ordinary 2p
Shares which represents 0.62 per cent of the issued
Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
Mike O'Regan and spouse sold a total of 296,505 Ordinary
2p Shares at a price of 708p per share. Mike O'Regan's
beneficial holding now stands at 3,520,000 Ordinary 2p
Shares which represents 3.82 per cent of the issued
Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
Mike Fischer and spouse sold a total of 300,000 Ordinary
2p Shares at a price of 708p per share. Mike Fischer's
beneficial holding now stands at 8,907,190 Ordinary 2p
Shares which represents 9.67 per cent of the issued
Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
