RM sole bidder for Lambeth LEA educational PFI project
RM plc, the UK's leading supplier of ICT and other services to education, has
been informed by Lambeth Local Education Authority (LEA) that it is now the sole
bidder for the Lambeth LEA Connected Learning Project. The Group announced at
the time of its Preliminary Results in November 2003 that it had been
shortlisted for the £18 million PFI project.

1. RM will now work with Lambeth LEA to refine the solution design and to
negotiate acceptable commercial terms and conditions. If negotiations
conclude successfully, the project is likely to progress through
preferred bidder stage to contract award by the end of 2004.
