Company Update

The Board of RMDL, an investment trust specialising in secured debt investments, announces that it intends to raise further funds under its placing programme (as set out in the Company's prospectus published on 24 November 2016). Having fully committed funds raised in May 2017, RM Capital, the Investment Manager has identified an attractive pipeline of opportunities across a range of sectors.
