RM Secured Direct Lending plc, an investment trust specialising in secured debt investments, is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions put forward at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today were passed.

The text of all the resolutions is contained in the notice of meeting in the Company's Annual Report for the period from incorporation to 31 December 2017.
