Practical Completion of Hastings
The Barkby Group PLC, the diversified business group, is pleased to announce 'practical completion' of its 22,100 sq. ft. development at Hastings, which is anchored by Aldi Stores, Greggs and Costa Coffee.
Charles Dickson, Executive Chairman of The Barkby Group Plc, commented:
"I am delighted to have secured the practical completion of this site and this will generate significant cash for the business. Despite the uncertain economic backdrop, activity in the Commercial Property Division remains robust and we are in discussions regarding two further sites."
