Annual General Meeting - Venue Change

Rockhopper announces that its Annual General Meeting tomorrow will now take place at 11.45am at Gibson Hall, 13 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 3BA.

The change of venue is to accommodate the anticipated number of members seeking to attend the meeting.

There is no need for members to attend the meeting at the original time and venue advertised, but for technical reasons the meeting will commence at the time and venue stated in the Notice of AGM, but will be immediately adjourned to Gibson Hall.
