                              Notifiable Interest

The Company has been notified by a letter from RAB Capital plc, acting as an
investment manager for RAB Special Situations (Master) Fund Limited, dated 8
March 2007, that it is beneficially interested in 6,379,810 ordinary shares
representing 8.17 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

RAB Capital plc does not act as custodian for its clients and therefore the
shares are held in the nominee name of the custodian of our clients, which is
Credit Suisse Client Nominees (UK) Limited.
