                   APPOINTMENT OF ASSISTANT COMPANY SECRETARY

Following his recent appointment as an Executive Director, ROC's alternate
Company Secretary, Mr Bruce Clement, has resigned from the position of alternate
Company Secretary effective 29 August 2007. Ms Leanne Nolan, ROC's Senior Lawyer
who has been with the Company for almost 10 years, has been appointed as
Assistant Company Secretary, effective 29 August 2007.
