NewMedia SPARK plc ('SPARK')
Application for additional new SPARK Shares to be admitted
to the Alternative Investment Market
in respect of consideration for the recommended offer (the 'Offer') for
Internet Indirect plc ('Internet Indirect')
The Board of SPARK announces that application has been made to admit a further
3,854,971 new SPARK Shares and a further 903,906 new SPARK Warrants to trading
on AIM in respect of acceptances of the Offer received between 21 November
2000 and 28 November 2000, inclusive. Admission is expected to take place on 7
December 2000.
Further applications for new SPARK Shares and New SPARK Warrants to be
admitted to AIM will be made in respect of further acceptances received whilst
the Offer remains open for acceptance.
