NewMedia SPARK Plc appoints Chief Financial Officer
NewMedia SPARK Plc yesterday appointed Bruno Delacave as a
Director of the Company and as Chief Financial Officer
('CFO').
Bruno, 39, was previously CFO of British Interactive
Broadcasting Holdings Ltd (Open). Bruno joined Open,
Britain's first and leading interactive TV platform, prior
to its commercial launch and played a key role in growing
the company into a £1.5bn entity. Prior to Open, Bruno
worked for Marcuard Cook & Cie S.A Bank, where he was
involved in growing the private banking group through fund
management, M&A and client services. He qualified as a
Chartered Accountant with Ernst and Young, and worked for
Ernst & Young Corporate Finance in Europe and the US.
Commenting on the appointment, Mike Whitaker, CEO of
NewMedia SPARK said:
