Tony Sarin to become CEO of Numerica Group
NewMedia SPARK ('SPARK') today announces that Tony Sarin has resigned as an
Executive Director of SPARK to become CEO of Numerica Group. Tony will remain
on the SPARK Board as a non-executive director.
Numerica Group is a newly established business services group, formed to
integrate accountancy and other related services firms across the UK. Levy
Gee, the top 20 accountants and business advisers, has agreed to become the
cornerstone business within the Numerica Group.
Michael Whitaker, CEO of SPARK said:
'We wish Tony every success with his new venture and are pleased that he will
also stay on the SPARK Board in a non-executive role. We look forward to
working with Numerica in the future.'
Tony Sarin commented:
'I am looking forward to my new challenges at Numerica, but am also delighted
to be maintaining my involvement with SPARK and continuing to work with the
team as a non-executive director.'
Tony was appointed to the SPARK Board in July 2000 following the company's
acquisition of Softtechnet.com, of which he was founder and CEO.
