The Company was notified today that Anthony Dalwood, Chairman of the Investment Committee for Gresham House Asset Management Ltd, the Investment Manager of the Company, purchased 1,746 ordinary shares of 50 pence each at a price of 860p per share.  These shares are subsequently being transferred by way of gifts to Mr Dalwood's three children.
