The Company was notified on 7 January 2020 that David Potter, Chairman of the Company, purchased 109 ordinary shares of 50 pence each at a price of 1,292.50 pence per share on 7 January 2020. This was under an automatic dividend reinvestment arrangement with his stockbroker.

Following this purchase, Mr Potter, together with his connected persons, is interested in 20,085 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.57% of the Company's total voting rights.
