The Company was notified on 6 April 2020 that David Potter, Chairman of the Company, purchased 2,227 ordinary shares of 50 pence each at a price of 898 pence per share on 6 April 2020.

Following this purchase, Mr Potter, together with his connected persons, is interested in 22,312 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.64% of the Company's total voting rights.
