The Company was notified on 2 September 2020 that David Potter, Chairman of the Company, purchased 2,523 ordinary shares of 50 pence each at a price of 990 pence per share on 2 September 2020.

Following this purchase, Mr Potter, together with his connected persons, is interested in 24,835 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.71% of the Company's total voting rights.
