SPARK announces that Helen Sinclair, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, today purchased 242,400 ordinary shares of 0.45p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8.25p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Helen Sinclair is interested in 242,400 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06% of the Company's total voting rights.
