SPARK Ventures plc announces that it has today been notified that, on 3 February 2014, River and Mercantile Asset Management LLP purchased 4,070,000 ordinary shares of 0.35 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and Ennismore Fund Management Limited purchased 4,120,000 Ordinary Shares. Subsequently, River and Mercantile Asset Management LLP and Ennismore Fund Management Limited are now have a beneficial interest of 5.53% and 4.54% in the share capital of the Company respectively.
