Settlement of legal dispute and result of AGM

SPARK Ventures plc and Michael Whitaker have settled the dispute regarding his contractual bonus entitlement to the 2003 Scheme for an undisclosed sum.

The parties had previously differed on the interpretation of the contractual documentation and have agreed on a way forward.  SPARK confirms that it is not making any claim of breach of duty against Michael Whitaker.

Any previous statements that might suggest the contrary are unreservedly withdrawn.

The Board also announces that at the Annual General Meeting of SPARK Ventures plc (the "Company") all resolutions were duly passed.
