BOARD CHANGES AT NORISH
Norish plc announces that, following a board meeting on July 30th, Ted O'Neill,
Chairman, will assume the position of Executive Chairman. Paul Byrne, Chief
Executive, will resign as a director and leave the company at the end of
September. Greg O'Hara has tendered his resignation as Company Secretary and is
replaced by Aidan Hughes, who will combine these duties with his current role as
Financial Controller.
The Head office of Norish will transfer from the current Reigate location to the
company's premises in Belvedere, Kent during September. This is part of
management's reorganisation plans to streamline the administration and control
of the business.
Commenting on these changes Ted O'Neill said 'I have enjoyed working with Paul
Byrne since being appointed Chairman on May 1st and recognise his significant
contribution to the development of Norish where the operating performance of the
company has been encouraging in a difficult trading environment. The decision
for Paul to pursue his career outside of Norish has been mutually agreed'.
