Rolls-Royce plc long term credit rating affirmed


Rolls-Royce plc confirmed today, that following the recent announcement of
acquisitions and the expected increase of net debt, both Standard & Poor's and
Moody's have re-affirmed the company's credit ratings.

Standard & Poor's confirmed its A- long term corporate credit and senior
unsecured debt rating.

Moody's confirmed its A3 senior debt rating.
