                              Directors' Dealings
                            Significant Shareholding

Pathfinder was informed today that today Value Investments Limited disposed of
2,906,000 ordinary shares of 10p each (the 'Shares') for 15p each. Of these
Shares, 1,453,000 were purchased by Kerrington Limited ('Kerrington'), a company
controlled by Gerard Lee, Director, and 1,453,000 were purchased by Sunnyview
Limited ('Sunnyview'), a company owned by Edward and Jeffery Azouz, Directors.

As a result, Kerrington owns 8,867,219 Shares or 11.03% of the Company's issued
share capital and Sunnyview owns 8,467,219 Shares or 10.58% of the Company's
issued share capital.

Value Investments Limited no longer has a notifiable interest.
