The Board of Pathfinder Properties PLC ('Pathfinder') has noted the Tender Offer
made by Hitchens, Harrison & Co PLC on behalf of Sunnyview Ltd for up to
19,936,357 ordinary Pathfinder shares at a price of 12 pence cash per share.

Pathfinder will be writing to shareholders as soon as practicable with its
considered views on the Tender and in the meantime strongly recommends that
shareholders take no action.
