ROSS GROUP PLC

The Board have unanimously agreed the appointment of Mr David
James Lambert as of 19th February 2007 as an executive Director of Ross Group 
PLC and as Managing Director of GEL Engineering LTD.

Mr Lambert has a background in electrical and electronic engineering and has
worked in the aerospace and defence sectors for over 20 years. Over the last 15
years he has managed a number of successful specialist engineering businesses
and was appointed to manage GEL Engineering in December 2005.
