Director's Dealings

Rotala was notified today of the following Directors dealings that occurred on 9 December 2008.

Robert Dunn (a Non-executive Director of the Company) purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 30 pence per share. Following this purchase, Robert Dunn has an interest in 570,168 ordinary shares (representing 2.71 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company).

John Gunn (the Non-executive Chairman of the Company) purchased 80,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 30 pence per share. Following this purchase, John Gunn has a beneficial interest in 4,078,858 ordinary shares (representing 19.41 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company).

The Ingrid Croft Trust (of which John Gunn, the Non-executive Chairman of the Company, is a trustee), purchased 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 30 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Ingrid Croft Trust has an interest in 720,533 ordinary shares (representing 3.43 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company).

The Natalie Haynes Trust (of which John Gunn, the Non-executive Chairman of the Company, is a trustee), purchased 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 30 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Ingrid Croft Trust has an interest in 664,973 ordinary shares (representing 3.17 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company).
