Simon Dunn, Chief Executive of the Company, has purchased 99,976 ordinary shares of 25 pence each at a price of 55 pence per share.

Following this share purchase, Simon Dunn is interested in 1,364,634 ordinary shares in the Company. This represents a holding of 3.55% of the shares in issue.
