Mr Christopher Spencer resigned as a Director of Henderson Far East Income Fund Limited with effect from 29 November 2010.

Ruffer Investment Company Limited also advises that John Laing Infrastructure Fund Limited of which Mr Christopher Spencer is a non-executive director was admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 29 November 2010.
