Placing of shares
In connection with the placing of shares detailed in the prospectus published on 2 September 2010, the Placing Price, as defined in the prospectus and equal to the unaudited NAV per share as at 5.00 p.m. on 10 September plus a premium of two per cent., has now been determined and is 188 pence per Placing Share.
Commitments under the placing must be received by Cenkos Securities by no later than 5.00 p.m. today.
Defined terms used in this announcement shall, unless the context otherwise requires, bear the meanings given to them in the prospectus.
