Result of Annual General Meeting

23 November 2010

At the Annual General Meeting held on 23 November 2010, all ordinary resolutions set out in the Annual General Meeting Notice sent to Shareholders dated 11 October 2010 were duly passed.

At the same Annual General Meeting noted above, the following Special Resolution was also passed;

Special Resolution

 To increase the maximum aggregate amount of fees payable to the directors per annum by replacing '£150,000' in Article 79(1) of the Articles of Incorporation with £170,000' in its place.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2 the special resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
