Director's Dealing in shares

Rurelec PLC (AIM: RUR), the owner, operator and developer of power generation capacity internationally, was notified on 22 November that Larry Coben, an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 400,000 ordinary shares of two pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 13.25p per share on 22 November 2013.

Mr Coben is now interested in 900,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.162% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The total number of Rurelec securities in issue is 554,892,492 for the purpose of voting rights.
