RWS Holdings plc announces that it has issued and allotted 75,000 new ordinary
shares of 5p each ('New Shares') pursuant to the exercise part of an option by
Mr Adrian Bradshaw (not a employee or director of RWS Holdings plc.



Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Shares to be
admitted to AIM ('Admission').  It is expected that Admission will occur on
Thursday 14th July 2005.
