Sabre Insurance Group plc ("Sabre" or the "Company")

Board Changes

Sabre is pleased to announce the appointment of Andy Pomfret to the Board of the Company as an Independent Non-Executive Director and the Senior Independent Director. Andy will take up his appointment on 28 February 2018 and will be joining the Audit and Risk, Nomination, Remuneration and Disclosure Committees. Upon Andy taking up his appointment, Patrick Snowball will be standing down from the Audit and Risk Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Pomfret has extensive financial services sector experience. He was  Chief Executive of Rathbone Brothers plc from 2004 to 2014, and during the last five years Mr. Pomfret has also been a non-executive director of Old Mutual Wealth Management Limited and Interactive Investor plc. He was also a director of PIMFA (the Personal Investment Management and Financial Advice Association) and a founder member of the Prudential Regulation Authority Practitioner Panel.

Mr. Pomfret is currently a non-executive director of Sanne Group plc, Miton Micro-cap Investment Trust plc, ICG Enterprise Trust plc, Aberdeen New Thai Investment Trust plc, and Square Mile Investment Consulting and Research Ltd.
