Correction - Notification of transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that the transfer of 59,050 Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company from James Ockenden, Chief Actuary to his spouse, Mrs R Ockenden, announced on 4 June 2020, did not complete due to an administrative error.

The Company confirms that Mr and Mrs Ockenden continue to hold, in aggregate, 940,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.38 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Further details of the transaction which did not complete are set out below as required by the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
