Notification of transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre"), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 31 July 2020 that James Ockenden, Chief Actuary, sold 160,000   Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company at an average price of 296.00 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction"). Following the Transaction, Mr Ockenden transferred 149,050 Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company on 31 July 2020 to his wife, Rebecca Ockenden.

Following the transaction, Mr Ockenden and Mrs Ockenden, together hold 780,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.31 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
