Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 28 September 2022 that Adam Westwood, Chief Financial Officer and his wife, Mrs H Westwood, purchased 10,569 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company, at an average price of 94.615 pence per Ordinary Share on 28 September 2022.

Following the transaction, Mr and Mrs Westwood confirm that they hold 686,267 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.275 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
