The Directors of Safestore are pleased to report that at the Annual General Meeting, held on 23 March 2016, all resolutions in the Notice of Meeting were put to the meeting and were duly passed on a show of hands. The total number of proxy votes lodged for each resolution in advance of the meeting is set out below.

Resolutions 1 to 13 were passed as ordinary resolutions. Resolutions 14 to 16 were passed as special resolutions.
Where shareholders appointed the Chairman as their proxy with discretion as to voting, their votes were cast in favour of the resolutions and their shares have been included in the "votes for column.
A "vote withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of the percentages of votes cast for and against a resolution.
The current issued capital of Safestore Holdings plc is 207,685,949 shares.

Resolution 12 - To authorise political donations and political expenditure
Resolution 13 - To authorise the directors to allot relevant securities
