Audit Tender
In line with the statement in the Annual Report and Accounts 2013, the Board of The Sage Group plc has decided to review the external audit arrangements for the year ending 30 September 2015.
The tender process has commenced and is expected to conclude in 2014, with a resolution proposing the appointment of the successful firm being put to shareholders at the 2015 Annual General Meeting.
