Non-executive change
The Sage Group plc ("Sage") announces that Jo Harlow will stand down from the Board of Directors of Sage with immediate effect.
Donald Brydon, Chairman, said:
"This decision follows the announcement by Microsoft of its proposed purchase of Nokia's Devices and Services business, where Jo is Executive Vice President of Smart Devices. Jo and the Board have agreed that, given the potential conflicts of interest which may arise, such a decision is appropriate in the interests of both Sage and Microsoft. Jo leaves with our best wishes for the future."
