Board Change

San Leon Energy today announces that Philip Thompson is standing down as an executive director of the Company in order to spend more time with his family. This change takes place with immediate effect. Philip will continue to retain his position on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.

Oisin Fanning, Chairman of San Leon Energy commented:

"I would like to take this opportunity to thank Phil for his contribution over the years in helping to create the Company and portfolio that San Leon is today and we look forward to continuing to work with him in his new capacity as a Non-Executive Director of the Company." 

Philip Thompson, Non-Executive Director of San Leon Energy commented:

It has been my great pleasure to work with the Board and Management these last few years as an Executive Director and I am pleased to stay on the Board as a Non-Exec, which will enable me to spend more time with my family."
