Share Dealings

On 8 May 2013 the Company was notified that Saul Rosenthal, an officer of T2 Advisers, LLC, the collateral manager for T2 CLO I Ltd., disposed of 50,000 ordinary shares for 52.5 pence per share.

On 10 May 2013 the Company was notified again that Mr Rosenthal had disposed of a further 100,000 ordinary shares for 52.5 pence per share.

As a result of these transactions, Mr Rosenthal's holding is now 539,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.41% of the Company's issued share capital.
