Notice of Preliminary Results

Greenwich Loan Income Fund Limited (the "Company"), the closed-ended Guernsey exempt investment company, expects to announce its Preliminary Results for the 12 months ended 31 December 2011 on Monday 26 March, 2012.

There will be a presentation for analysts on the day of the results at 9.30 am (London time) at FTI Consulting, Holborn Gate, 26 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1PB. 

A copy of the presentation will be made available on the Company's website www.glifund.com from 7.30 am on Monday 26 March, 2012.
