AGM STATEMENT
At the Annual General Meeting of the company, which is held today, the Chairman,
Ian Kirkham, says:
'Trading in the first half remains in line with our own internal forecasts
despite the market continuing to show no clear signs of recovery.
With the Sanderson integration now fully complete we remain confident that the
group should move towards profitability, at the operating level, in the second
half of the year.
It is anticipated that this combined with a number of exceptional gains will
result in a profit before tax for the full year'.
