Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for year ending 31 January 2019 is today being made available on the Company's website.

The document can be viewed at the investors section of the website www.walkergreenbank.com. Printed copies, where requested, are being posted to shareholders.

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11.30am on 14 June 2019 at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN. The formal Notice of Meeting is being sent to shareholders today and is also being made available on the Company's website.
