Walker Greenbank PLC (AIM: WGB), the luxury interior furnishings group whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co., Harlequin, Zoffany, Scion and Anthology, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for year ended 31 January 2014 is being made available today on the Company's website.

The document can be viewed at the investors section of the Company's website www.walkergreenbank.com. Printed copies, where requested, are being posted to shareholders.

The Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 11am on 16 July 2014 at the offices of Buchanan, 107 Cheapside, London EC2V 6DN. The formal Notice of Meeting will be sent to shareholders on 5 June 2014 and made available on the Company's website.
